You can choose from a variety of specially designed wrappers.

                Raising money with personalized candy bars is easy and can produce a profit of over 50%. You can choose from two cost saving options and raise over $10,000:

Option 1: Personalized Candy Bars including Hersheys Milk Chocolate, Mr. Goodbar or Nestles Crunch Bars. Your cost $1.00 per bar. Sell price $1.50 to $2.00. Profit of 34 50%.

Option 2: Personalized candy wrappers only(you purchase the candy bars- well even tell you where you can get the best price and provide easy wrapping instructions!) Your cost is $.60 per wrapper plus the cost of the candy bar around $.35 each total is $.95. Sell price $1.50 to $2.00. Profit of 37-52%.

            Your personalized candy bars will be delivered to you at no charge within 7-10 business days.

Personalized wrappers are delivered free within 7-10 days upon receipt of order and payment. Easy wrapping instructions and candy wholesale locations will be provided.

Your selling price should be $1.50, $1.75 or $2.00 per bar and that of course is up to your group.

Coupons

Your fundraising coordinator should contact a local business such as a restaurant, pizza delivery, Wal-Mart, etc and ask them to sponsor the fundraiser by providing a $1.00 coupon off of a product or service. I will then include this coupon on the back of your wrappers at no extra fee. This gives your product extra sales appeal and value to your customer. All print will be in black ink. Colored ink is not available at this time.

This discount coupon is not a requirement just an option for your organization.

Payment Options

I accept Checks and Money Orders only. Please make all payments payable to Carolyn Windley.

I can offer low up front cost to your organization. If this method is preferred a deposit of half the cost is due upon placing the order. The other half of the payment is due upon the end of your sales efforts. A statement will be sent to you as an easy reminder. You will have 30 days from that date to make your final payment. All sales are final. All purchases are non-returnable, exchangeable or refundable.

Carolyn's Cherubs N- Chocolate Candy Bars are personalized including a personal message, selection of a design and the name of the organization. Any unsold candy bars should be kept for future fundraiser events since they have been personalized especially for your organization and CANNOT be returned to Carolyn's Cherubs N- Chocolate. Your order should be delivered to you as quickly as possible. Deposit or Payment in Full is due upon placing your order.

Instructions

Step 1                               

Put your name on an envelope.

On an envelope, write your name, your parents name(if under 18), address and phone number.

Step 2

Sell as much as you can.

Ask everyone you know to support your organization by purchasing a personalized candy bar for the specified price set by your group. The best place to start is the Who Should I Sell To? Sheet. These people will be happy to help you out, because they know you  and they like you, and your organization is a worthy cause. We do not endorse selling to strangers. If there is a coupon make sure to mention it to them.

Step 3

Collect Money.

For every candy bar sold, collect the money at the time of the purchase. No money no candy bar. Only accept the payment method established by your group that maybe cash or checks. Ask your fundraiser coordinator.

Step 4

Turn In Money Collected.

Add up the total amount of money you collected and write it on the front of the envelope. Turn in your money to the fundraiser coordinator on or before the set end date.

1.       Let people know what you are raising money for.

2.       Show and tell people what they get. If you have a coupon do not forget to mention it.

A Fundraiser Without All the Baggage

I can also develop a fundraiser flyer for your company, school or organization that will allow your participants to sell the product without all the responsibility and still earn the much-needed funds you desire.

Here is how it works.

Each participant will pass out the custom made fliers. The fliers contain information on your group and an order form.

 The customer chooses the product from the list provided, fills out the form and a percentage of the proceeds go to the organization.

The participant does not need to take the money or order form unless asked to do so.

 The customer simply mails the order and payment to us and we process the order.

 You will receive a report that includes the customers name and order amount along with the order to be delivered or picked up whatever your group decides.

You will also receive a check and report monthly stating how much your group has made monthly and year to date so you know how successful the program is.

This is a great program for High School or College Student Seniors who want to leave a legacy behind for their younger classmates. The flier can include a list of clubs so that the customer can choose which club gets the donation.
